Widgets Explained
What each widget tells you. (For how it's computed under the hood, see the linked insight pages.)
Financial
AR Aging — your outstanding receivables bucketed into Current / 31–60 / 61–90 / 90+ with the top clients in each bucket. Includes a Payment Trends section flagging clients whose payment velocity is deteriorating vs their historical average. AI-generated Collections Insight at the bottom names the single highest-priority client to escalate.
Revenue Pulse — your daily morning briefing. Month-to-date revenue pacing vs prior month at the same business day, a 6-month sparkline, "X of ~Y invoices sent" with the late clients listed, and an AI insight that prioritizes the most important finding of the day.
Revenue Trend — 12-month stacked bar chart of invoiced revenue, split by Paid / Unpaid / Overdue. Hover any bar for the client-level breakdown.
Project Profitability — every active project ranked by margin (worst first). Click any row with phase data to expand into Schematic Design / Design Development / Construction Documents — where margin problems usually hide.
Budget Health — per-project budget consumption vs progress with burn rate and projected overrun. The widget that catches projects before they go over.
Team
Team Utilization — by discipline or by person, this week. Shows billable / training / PTO hours against capacity with a 4-week average bar underneath. Toggle a person's row for the detailed breakdown.
Timesheet Compliance — who submitted their time, who didn't, and the dollar value of the missing hours. Chronic late offenders flagged with an orange flame icon.
Who's Out — calendar view of PTO, sick, and company holidays for the current and upcoming weeks. Includes sideloaded event metadata from your PSA so a "Sick" booking actually says "Sick" rather than "PTO."
Clients
Pipeline — deal stages, weighted values, and the share of pipeline at each stage. Click through to /pipeline for the full deal list.
Client Activity — hours and revenue by client with dormancy detection. Surfaces clients that went from active to silent so you can catch surprise churn before it shows up in revenue.
Upcoming Milestones — project milestones due in the next 30 days, sorted by date with the project + client context.
Client Satisfaction — average satisfaction score by client based on the in-portal Satisfaction Pulse, plus a trend arrow.
Operational
Weekly Pulse — Monday-morning team check-in. Each member submits a short status; the AI rolls them into a firm-wide summary.
Market Conditions — macroeconomic context for A/E firms. ABI (Architecture Billings Index), steel + lumber + housing starts pulled from FRED, and a weekly AI analysis connecting the macro signals to your pipeline.
