Pricing and Plans

ProLens has four tiers — Studio, Practice, Firm, Enterprise — billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves about 17% (two months free).

The 14-day trial

New tenants get full access for 14 days starting on their first login. Every feature is unlocked — including ones that require higher tiers in the paid plans. No credit card required to start.

A banner at the top of the dashboard counts down the remaining days. In the last 3 days it turns amber; on the last day it turns red.

What happens after the trial

If you don't upgrade by day 14, the trial expires. From that point:

Still available (basic dashboard):

  • KPI tiles (data only — no AI annotations)
  • Revenue Trend chart
  • Team Utilization (by person view)
  • Settings

Locked behind an "Upgrade to unlock" overlay:

  • All AI features (insights, narratives, KPI annotations, Widget Training)
  • Client portals
  • Revenue Pulse, AR Aging AI narrative, Market Conditions
  • Dashboard customization
  • Weekly Pulse

Locked widgets still render — they show a blurred preview so you can see what you're missing — with an upgrade CTA. The data behind them is preserved; subscribing reactivates everything immediately.

After cancellation

Same behavior as an expired trial. Your data is preserved. Premium features lock. Resubscribing through Stripe's Customer Portal reactivates everything immediately.

Payment failures

Past-due subscriptions get a 14-day grace period:

  • Days 1–7: full access continues, warning banner appears
  • Days 8–14: premium features lock, urgent banner
  • Day 15+: degraded to basic tier (same as canceled)

Three dunning emails — day 0, day 3, day 7 — each include a direct link to update your payment method.
