Your First Dashboard

Once your PSA is connected, the Executive Overview dashboard populates automatically. Here's what to look at first.

What you see

The dashboard has two main bands:

  1. KPI tiles at the top — Monthly Revenue, Outstanding AR, Utilization, Active Projects, Pipeline Value. Each tile shows the current number with a one-line AI annotation explaining what it means today.
  2. Widgets below — Revenue Pulse, AR Aging, Budget Health, Team Utilization, Pipeline, and more. Each widget answers a specific operating question.

You can customize the layout to add, remove, or resize widgets.

Quick wins on day one

Check Revenue Pulse first. It's your daily morning briefing. Two bars: this month's revenue pacing vs prior month at the same business day. A 6-month sparkline. A list of uninvoiced clients flagged "Late" if past their typical timing. An AI insight at the bottom that names the single highest-value action for the day.

Check AR Aging second. Buckets your outstanding receivables into Current / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+ with the top clients in each bucket and a Payment Trends section that flags clients slowing down vs their historical average.

Check Budget Health. Per-project margin and burn rate with phase-level detail when your PSA exposes phases. Projects trending over budget surface at the top.
