Brand Your Portals
Your firm's branding appears on every portal, sign-in page, and client email. Configure it at Settings → Client Portals → Branding.
What you can customize
- Firm logo — appears in the portal header and outbound email. URL field today (drag-and-drop upload to Supabase Storage is on the roadmap).
- Favicon — the browser tab icon for the portal.
- Accent color — drives buttons, links, and progress bars.
Six preset swatches plus a custom hex picker. The default
is ProLens teal (
#0d9488). - Welcome message — shown on the client's landing page when they sign in.
- Support contact email — appears in the portal footer and email signatures so clients know who to ping.
Custom domain
On the Firm plan and above, you can serve portals at your
own subdomain (e.g., portal.yourfirm.com) instead of the
default *.prolens.io URL. After entering the domain in
Settings → Client Portals, add a CNAME record:
portal.yourfirm.com → cname.prolens.io
DNS propagation typically takes 5–30 minutes. The portal page shows a verification status once your DNS resolves.
Studio and Practice plans see the custom-domain field disabled with an "Available on Firm plan" badge. Upgrading unlocks it immediately.
