Client Satisfaction Pulse
The Satisfaction Pulse is a five-button rating tool inside the client portal. One click, no form, no comment box required.
What clients see
A horizontal row of five color-coded faces, from "very dissatisfied" (red) to "very satisfied" (green). Above it:
How are we doing on [project name]?
Clients can rate as often as you've configured — Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly. Set the frequency in Settings → Client Portals → Defaults.
Where the data lands
Every pulse submission feeds the Client Satisfaction widget on your dashboard:
- Per-client average score with a trend arrow
- Recent comments (when clients add an optional one)
- Score history sparkline per client
The AI insight on the widget calls out clients whose score has dropped recently so you can intervene before satisfaction becomes attrition.
Turning it off
Set frequency to Disabled in Settings → Client Portals to hide the pulse from every portal. You can still re-enable it later without losing historical scores.
