Billing and Plans

ProLens has four tiers. Billing and plan management lives at Settings → Billing.

The four tiers

  • Studio ($299/mo or $2,990/yr) — solo founders and small studios up to 15 people. All dashboard widgets, AI daily briefings, client portals, 1 PSA integration, 12 months of trend history, email support.
  • Practice ($599/mo or $5,988/yr) — growing firms 16–50 people. Adds Widget Training, Weekly Pulse, CRM integration, custom branding, 2 PSA integrations, 24 months of history, priority support.
  • Firm ($999/mo or $9,984/yr) — established firms 51–150 people. Adds SSO/SAML, API access, unlimited PSA integrations, 36 months of history, dedicated success manager.
  • Enterprise (custom) — 151+ people. Custom data retention, security review + SOC 2 docs, custom SLA, sandbox refresh.

Annual billing saves roughly 17% (two months free).

How to upgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade Now (during trial) or Change Plan (if you're already a subscriber).
  3. Pick your tier and billing interval.
  4. You're redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter payment.
  5. After payment, you're back in ProLens with the new tier active immediately.

Stripe handles the payment securely; ProLens never sees your card number. Tax IDs and promo codes are supported at checkout.

How to downgrade or cancel

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab. From there you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View and download past invoices
  • Change your plan
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved — features lock but nothing gets deleted. Resubscribing reactivates everything.

The 14-day trial

New tenants get full access for 14 days starting on your first login. A banner at the top of the dashboard counts down the remaining days. After day 14, premium features lock behind an "Upgrade to unlock" overlay; the basic dashboard (KPI tiles + Revenue Trend) keeps working.
