Manage Connections
Settings → Connections is where you authorize, monitor, and revoke your integrations.
What you'll see
Three sections — PSA, CRM, Accounting. Each shows:
When connected:
- Platform name + status dot (green = healthy, amber = degraded, red = disconnected)
- Last successful sync timestamp
- A "Disconnect" button
When not connected:
- Available platforms with "Connect" buttons (or "Coming soon" badges for adapters still in development)
- A waitlist capture for platforms that aren't live yet
Reconnecting after a failure
If a connection shows red:
- Click Disconnect.
- Click Connect again.
- Authorize with your PSA credentials in the popup.
This refreshes the connection token and restarts the sync. The status dot turns green within a minute if everything's healthy.
What a "degraded" status means
Amber status means the most recent sync succeeded but returned fewer records than expected — often a transient API hiccup on the PSA side. The next sync (within 15 minutes) usually clears it. If it persists for more than an hour, reconnect or contact support.
Disconnecting
Disconnect revokes ProLens's access immediately and stops all syncs. Cached data clears within 15 minutes. Reconnecting later restores everything.
Useful when you're rotating PSA credentials, migrating platforms, or temporarily pausing access for security reviews.
