Manage Users and Roles
User management lives at Settings → Users. The roster shows every team member in your firm plus any pending invitations.
The three roles
- Admin — full access. Manages users, billing, connections, AI settings, every dashboard. Use sparingly.
- Member — dashboard access, customizable layout, Weekly Pulse participation. Cannot change firm-wide settings.
- Viewer — read-only dashboard. No customization, no data submission.
Invite a user
Click Invite user, enter their email, pick the role, click Send invite. They get an email from ProLens with a sign-in link.
Change a role
Use the role dropdown next to any active member. Change is immediate; the user's next page load reflects the new permissions. The audit log captures who changed whose role and when.
Remove a user
Click Remove on any active member. Their session ends on their next request. Their historical activity (audit log entries, Weekly Pulse submissions, widget feedback) is kept.
Revoke a pending invitation
If you invited someone by mistake, click Revoke on the pending row. The link in the email stops working immediately.
Team users vs portal users
This page manages your internal team. Your clients manage their own logins from the portal (see Share Portal Access).
