AI Configuration
Per-feature AI toggles, training history, and rollback.
Settings > AI Intelligence controls every AI feature on the platform. Each pipeline has its own toggle and its own training history.
Per-feature toggles
Each of the following can be turned off without affecting the others:
- KPI annotations
- Revenue Pulse
- AR Collections
- Budget Health
- Project Profitability
- Timesheet Compliance
- Client Activity
- Widget Training (Practice+)
- Weekly Pulse rollup (Practice+)
- Market Insight (Practice+)
Training history
Every widget trained via the thumbs-down feedback path produces a version. The history view shows previous outputs, who applied the change, and when. Roll back to any previous version with one click.
Apply scope
When applying trained output, you choose whether to:
- Apply just to this widget instance
- Apply to all widgets that reference the same domain (e.g., every AR Aging widget across all dashboards in the firm)
Rate limits
Manual refresh is rate-limited to three regenerations per widget per day to protect AI cost. Limits do not apply to the scheduled morning pipeline.
ProLens covers AI cost on every paid plan. There is no per-token billing or hard usage cap on scheduled jobs.
