Team Utilization
Live utilization by person or by discipline with billable, training, and PTO breakdowns.
The Team Utilization widget shows where your firm's hours are going this week. Toggle between by-discipline and by-person views.
Two views
By discipline - groups people by their PSA-assigned discipline (Architecture, Engineering, Interior, etc.) so partners see the firm's balance at a glance.
By person - rows per individual with billable / training / PTO hours against their capacity. Useful for identifying who is under-booked or over-extended.
Capacity vs target
Each row shows hours against capacity (typically 40/week) and the firm's utilization target. The widget surfaces a 4-week average bar underneath each week's number for trend context.
What counts as billable
ProLens follows your PSA's classification. If a time entry is tagged "billable" in the PSA, it counts; if it is tagged training, PTO, sick, or internal, it appears in the corresponding non-billable bucket.
