ProLens is built for studios and firms between 5 and 500 people that already run on a PSA like Productive.io, BQE Core, Deltek Vantagepoint, Deltek Ajera, Unanet AE, BigTime, or Harvest. Partners, principals, project managers, and office managers all use the same dashboard with role-based scope.
What it does
- Aggregates revenue, AR, utilization, budgets, pipeline, and project profitability into a single executive dashboard.
- Generates a daily AI briefing per domain (Revenue Pulse, Collections, Budget Health, Project Profitability, Timesheet Compliance, Client Activity, Market Conditions).
- Surfaces client portals that share project status with your clients in your firm's brand.
- Captures lightweight Weekly Pulse status from every member of your team and rolls it into a firm-wide narrative.
What it does not do
