The Invoicing and Collections side of ProLens helps you get paid faster. Two widgets do the heavy lifting: AR Aging (the snapshot) and the Collections insight (the prioritization).
AR Aging
Your outstanding receivables bucketed into Current / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+ with the top clients in each bucket. Click any client to drill into their invoice list.
Payment Trends
A subsection of AR Aging that flags clients whose payment velocity is deteriorating vs their historical average. A client who normally pays in 35 days but is now averaging 55 surfaces here before they hit the 60+ bucket.
Collections AI insight
Every morning at 6:30 AM CT, the Collections pipeline writes a one- line insight naming the single highest-priority client to escalate today. Examples: "Acme Corp is 18 days late on a $42K invoice and has been slowing for three months."
