Timesheet compliance, audit trails, and what is reportable.
Compliance in ProLens covers two things: timesheet compliance (who submitted their time and the dollar value of what's missing) and the audit trail of every data access.
Timesheet Compliance widget
The widget shows, per person, whether they have submitted time for the current period and the dollar value of any missing hours. Chronic late offenders are flagged with an orange flame icon so project managers can intervene before billing closes.
Dollar value of missing hours
ProLens multiplies expected hours (capacity minus PTO) by the person's blended rate to estimate lost or delayed revenue from unsubmitted time. Numbers are estimates; actual rates depend on project assignments.
Audit trail
Every read of your PSA data is logged. Settings > Security shows who or what accessed your data, when, and what scope. Filter by date and accessor type. Retention is 90 days.
What is exportable
Audit logs can be exported as CSV from Settings > Security for compliance review or annual audits.
