Weekly Pulse
Monday-morning team check-in rolled up by AI into a firm-wide narrative.
Weekly Pulse is a short Monday-morning check-in where each team member submits a brief status. The AI rolls all submissions into a firm-wide summary that partners and project leads read.
How it works
Each Monday at 9 AM (timezone configurable), team members receive a prompt to submit:
- What they shipped last week
- What they are working on this week
- Any blockers or asks
The rollup
The Pulse pipeline reads anonymized submissions and writes a firm-wide summary identifying themes, blockers, and wins. Names stay visible to the partners reading the summary.
Who participates
Members and Admins participate by default. Viewers are excluded. Adjust participation per-role in Settings > Pulse.
Skipping a week
Holiday weeks and other off-cycle weeks can be skipped from Settings > Pulse. Skipped weeks do not prompt the team or render an AI summary.
Keep submissions short. The AI rollup works better with three to five sentences per person than with paragraphs.
